Reactivate existing contacts with just a few clicks.

Existing contacts are important! You already know these people; they have sold or purchased a property from you or have expressed interest in one of your properties in the past. You can actively engage with your existing contacts on a wide range of property-related topics and reactivate some of them.   
The contacts are then placed in an email funnel and receive emails on your behalf over a long period of time.

How does the Acquisition-Booster work?

The basic principle is very simple: The Acquisition-Booster automatically sends emails on a selected topic to contacts you have chosen.   
If these contacts respond to the emails, you will receive a notification from the system, letting you know which contact is interested in which topic. This makes it extremely easy to stay in touch with your contacts.

This works for contacts that are already in the system as well as for all other contacts you have.

How do contacts get into BOTTIMMO?

The Acquisition-Booster works most efficiently when you add as many contacts as possible at once. To do this, all contacts must be entered in the BOTTIMMO system.

There are several ways to add as many contacts to the system as possible in the simplest way:

  1. Import lists in CSV, XLSX and XLS format. The import function can also be found in the ‘Contacts’ section of the app.
  2. Directly connect your CRM (currently supported: OnOffice, Propstack and Flowfact)
  3. Create individual contacts manually.

Selectable topics

The acquisition booster allows you to send messages to your contacts on a wide range of topics. The selectable topics are generally based on the bait you have in your package (except for the checklist topics):

Selectable contacts

In principle, all contacts can be selected as recipients. The following restrictions apply: 
A contact cannot be invited twice for the same topic. Why? Because they will already receive emails relevant to the topic after the first invitation. Another invitation would serve no purpose and might even annoy the contact.
However, the contact can be invited once for each topic.

Filtering contacts

Filtering by segments

The following segments are available for filtering contacts:

  • All contacts (who have not yet been invited to the selected topic)
  • All contacts with the status ‘new contact’
  • All contacts with property valuation
  • All contacts with purchase request (dream home)
  • All contacts from your CRM (if you have connected your CRM)

You can also filter manually. To do this, open the list filter to the right of the Acquisition Booster, which allows you to use all available filters.

Application examples

Using the Acquisition Booster as effectively as possible

The purpose of the Acquisition Booster is to reach as many contacts as possible with as little effort as possible on a real estate topic.

  1. So, as mentioned above, import ALL your contacts (for whom you have contact permission) into the BOTTIMMO system. ALL of them!
  2. Then open the Acquisition Booster by clicking on the Acquisition Booster button in the ‘Contacts’ area.
  3. Select ‘Property valuation’ (or another topic) as the subject.
  4. In the contact selection, select ‘All contacts from your CRM’ (if you have a CRM connected, it will be listed in the selection).
  5. Then start the Acquisition Booster with just one click and a confirmation.
  6. The Acquisition Booster will then start sending emails to all selected contacts. Contacts who confirm the double opt-in procedure will end up in the email funnel for the corresponding topic.
  7. You then simply wait until the first responses arrive in the system. You will be automatically notified by email.

After some time, repeat exactly these steps with another topic. Repeat again a few days later.
 

Quickly provide individual contacts with information

The acquisition booster can also be used as a service solution. Let's say you are in contact with a lead and during the conversation you realise what topic the contact is looking for information on or what topic is currently of interest to your contact. Then proceed as follows:

  1. Call up this contact in your BOTTIMMO system.
  2. In the left-hand column of the contact details page, you will find the blue ‘Acquisition Booster’ box.
  3. Select the guide that matches the topic and click on ‘Start Acquisition Booster’.
  4. The contact will now receive an email with a link to download the guide.

Once you have used the Acquisition Booster for the first time, you will find the following box on the app overview. This box shows the most important key figures for the Acquisition Booster:

What exactly do the figures mean?

  1. Invitations: Shows how many invitation emails the Acquisition Booster has sent on your behalf without you having to write an email yourself.
  2. Of these with interactions: Indicates how many of the contacts you wrote to responded to the email.
  3. Time saved: Shows how much time you saved by automatically sending pre-written emails.
  4. Costs saved: Time is money! This value indicates how much money you saved by saving time.
