What are the usage rights for the images?

BOTTIMMO advertising materials

Your package already includes numerous advertising materials. The content creator automatically displays images in the appropriate format for the selected text type and theme combination. You are of course free to use these for your marketing purposes.

Stock images

Pexels image database

The pexels image database is currently linked. The current licence for using the images can be found here: Licence for free stock photos and videos – Pexels.

Adobe Stock photos

Another image database will soon be available for Expert customers with Adobe Stock. Information on usage rights and restrictions will then be added here.

AI images

When you create AI images with the Content Creator, you receive the right to use these images. This allows you to use the images for commercial purposes (e.g. marketing materials, product packaging or online content). However, it is important to note that the generated images are not subject to copyright in Germany, as they are not considered personal intellectual creations.

Self-uploaded images

You are solely responsible for any images you upload yourself. Please only upload images for which you have sufficient rights of use. When uploading, you must confirm that you have the appropriate rights of use. Without this confirmation, uploading is not possible.
