Change payment method and billing information

In BOTTIMMO, you can easily and flexibly make changes to your payment method and payment details, as well as submit your cancellation.

💡 For BOTTIMMO direct customers only

You can find the payment section in the app under Settings -> Billing.
To open the payment section, click here. In this section, you can make the following changes:

Change payment method

To change the payment method, open the Payment method section. The following payment methods are currently available:

  • Credit card
  • Direct debit
  • Apple Pay

Update billing information

If you would like to change your billing information, such as the payment recipient, billing address, billing email address or VAT ID, open the Billing information section and enter your new information in the form.

Download invoices

Are you missing invoices for your records? No problem! You can easily download past invoices. To do this, go to the Payment section and click on View invoices at the bottom of the page.

A new window will open where you can view and download your invoices and any credit notes.
