In order to convert new contacts from the BOTTIMMO system into appointments, it is important to call them promptly.
We offer various notification options so that you are quickly informed about new contacts. You can choose which notifications you would like to receive from us and how.

Email or text message?

Receive notifications about new contacts by email and/or text message so you can respond quickly. Stay up to date on the great new features and campaigns BOTTIMMO is releasing!

You can easily set all of this up here with just one click. Open your notification options and adjust the settings as desired.

⚠️ Please note: The SMS function cannot be used without providing a mobile phone number:


 

ℹ️ If an option in the notification options is set to ‘green’, the corresponding notification is enabled. If an option is set to ‘white’, the notification is disabled.

How do I activate and deactivate notifications?

You can activate and deactivate your notifications yourself at any time on the BOTTIMMO platform under ‘My profile’.

For which events do I receive notifications?

You will receive notifications for new contacts in the BOTTIMMO system when a contact is assigned to you, as well as general notifications from BOTTIMMO about new features or campaigns.
Notifications are also available to alert you in good time when new social media posts are to be scheduled.

Through which channels can I receive notifications?

You can receive notifications via email and/or SMS on your mobile phone.

Where can I subscribe to and unsubscribe from the BOTTIMMO newsletter?

You can deactivate the BOTTIMMO newsletter directly in BOTTIMMO under ‘My profile’ > ‘General notifications’. Alternatively, you have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter directly at the end of every BOTTIMMO newsletter.
