Image sources

Here you can find out how to use different image sources in Content Creator.

At the top right, you will find a drop-down menu. This allows you to choose from several different image sources:

The image sources are briefly explained below:

BOTTIMMO marketing material

Your BOTTIMMO package already includes a large selection of image material. The Content Creator automatically finds suitable material for you and assigns matching images to the selected text type. All you need to do is choose the image you like.

AI-generated images

You also have the option to generate new images using our powerful AI models. Simply choose from the following options:

How many AI images can I generate?
Light customers can generate up to five images per month. For Basic customers, the limit is 20 images per month, while Expert customers can generate up to 100 images per month.

Pexels image database*

We have connected the Content Creator to a large image database. When you select this image source, the Content Creator automatically downloads professional images that match your topic. If no suitable image is available, you can manually load additional images.

How many of these images can I use?

Light customers have access to five images per topic.
Basic customers have access to 20 images per topic.
For Expert customers, access depends on the images available in the database that match the selected topic and text type, as well as the usage limits of the database provider and its interface.

Adobe image database

(Coming soon for Expert customers)

Soon, Expert customers will have access to an additional image source: the Adobe image database. This gives you access to an even larger selection of professional images.

Usage works in a similar way to the Pexels database. The same image limits apply (see above).

⚠️ Important to know:

In the Content Creator, Adobe images are shown with a watermark.
In published social media posts, the image appears without a watermark.
Downloading images to your computer is unfortunately not possible for licensing reasons.

Your own images

You can also upload your own images and use them in the Content Creator (Expert package only).

This is how it works:

Open the Content Creator and select the text type and topic as usual.
At the top right, choose “your own images” as the image source.
In the image area (centre), you can upload images via drag and drop and see images that have already been uploaded for the selected topic.

⚠️ Attention: Only upload images for which you have sufficient usage rights.
