Telephone consultation – customise and personalise callback reasons

Our “telephone consultation” lead magnet allows you to tailor the reasons for callback according to your needs. Add your own topics or remove them. This allows you to customise each callback and make it effective.

Where can you see the callback reasons in the bait?

In the telephone consultation form, there is a selection field where the contact can select a topic on which they would like you to call them back:

Where can I find the settings for this?

You can find the settings for the ‘Telephone consultation’ bait in the settings of your BOTTIMMO system. Open your BOTTIMMO and go to:

Settings → Functions → Telephone consultation → Settings → Functions → Telephone consultation

What adjustments can be made?

Add your own callback topics

Add your own reasons for callback. This means that you only select the topics that are relevant to your business. This ensures that every callback is tailored precisely to your needs.

To add a reason for callback, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the settings via the corresponding menu item in the BOTTIMMO system.
  2. Select ‘Telephone consultation’ under “Functions”.
  3. Click on ‘Add callback reason’, enter your reason and save it.
  4. Repeat this step for additional topics if necessary.
  5. ⚠️ Important: Don't forget to click on ‘Save changes’ to confirm your selection.

Delete your own callback topics

You have even more control over the callback reasons you have added yourself. You can simply delete these reasons when they are no longer needed. To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. Proceed in the system as described above.
  2. Click on the red trash can icon next to the desired callback reason to remove it.
  3. ⚠️ Important: Confirm the changes again by clicking on ‘Save changes’.

Activate or deactivate callback reasons

You have the freedom to activate or deactivate predefined and self-entered callback reasons. If you deactivate a reason, it will no longer be displayed in the ‘Telephone consultation’ bait. This helps you to tailor the selectable callback reasons precisely to your consulting focus.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Open the ‘Telephone consultation’ settings in the system again.
  2. Select the callback reason you want to activate or deactivate.
  3. Use the switch to the right of the reason to activate it (switch green) or deactivate it (switch grey).
  4. ⚠️ Important: Then click on ‘Save changes’ below the list. Only then will the reason no longer be displayed in the bait.

Reorder callback reasons in the display

You can easily drag and drop the order in which the callback reasons are displayed to suit your preferences. This gives you quick access to the topics that are most important to you.

To change the order, proceed as follows:

  1. Open the settings in the BOTTIMMO system. In the ‘Functions’ area, open the ‘Telephone consultation’ category.
  2. You will find two parallel lines to the left of each callback reason.
  3. Hold down these lines with the mouse and move the callback reason to the desired position.
  4. Arrange all callback reasons as desired.
  5. ⚠️ Important: Confirm the new order with ‘Save changes’.
