How can I cancel my contract?

Cancel your BOTTIMMO package

Would you like to cancel your BOTTIMMO package? Go to the ‘Subscription’ tab in the payment area and open the ‘Change subscription status’ section. Click on the ‘Cancel account’ button and you will receive an automated confirmation of cancellation.

⚠️ Please note: Think carefully before taking this step, as it has more far-reaching consequences than you may initially realise:

• The sending of automatic emails to your contacts will be stopped completely.
• The landing pages will then no longer be accessible.
• BOTTIMMO widgets integrated into your website will no longer load and will display an error message.
• From the cancellation date, you will no longer have access to the contact data collected in the app to date.
• All other functions of the app, such as the practical property valuation, will also no longer be available.
