Schedule publication time for posts
With integrated post scheduling, you can flexibly set the timing of your social media posts – even for content created in advance. This makes strategic planning easier and ensures that your posts are published at the optimal time, even if you are unable to post manually yourself.
How post scheduling works
- Create a post:
When creating a new post, you can set the publication time – if you wish. - Select date and time:
During the creation process, select the desired date and time for publication. - Click on ‘Finish’ and the post will be saved in the ‘Scheduled posts’ tab and automatically published at the set time.
Additional planning features
- Manage scheduled posts:
In the ‘Scheduled posts’ section, you can keep track of your planned publications and adjust the date and time as needed. - Content reminder via email:
You will be reminded to create new content in good time, approximately two weeks before your last scheduled posts are published. This gives you enough time to prepare new content.
These features allow you to implement your content strategy efficiently and ensure that your posts are published at the optimal time – without having to intervene manually.
⚠️ Attention: This feature is only available to Basic and Expert customers. As a Light customer, you must first upgrade.
Good to know: When your BOTTIMMO contract ends, the publication of all posts that are still scheduled will be stopped. This happens on the day the contract expires.
