Edit stored company data
Go to the ‘Settings’ menu item on the BOTTIMMO platform and then click on ‘My company’.
Here you can change your stored data, such as contact details, colours, logo, signature, etc. Simply go to the relevant field and change the stored data.
Address and contact person for your company
Under ‘Your company's address and contact person’, you can change your contact details and the contact person.
Website
If your website or a relevant subpage of your website changes, you can change this under “Website”.
Images
All images you have uploaded and your digital signature are stored in the ‘Images’ section and can be re-uploaded by you at any time.
💡Pro tip: You can also customise the image on the property valuation landing page, for example with a picture from your region. To do this, simply replace the ‘Property valuation background image’ that is stored. Your colours

Under ‘Your colours’, you will find the company colours you have stored. You can change the colour by clicking on the pencil icon to the right of the colour wheel.
Additional company settings
You can also change your commission rate and company slogan under ‘My company’. This allows you to see your potential commission revenue at a glance on the overview page.
💡 Important: To ensure that your changes now also appear in your guides, advertising materials, landing pages, email funnels, etc., they must be regenerated. To do this, click on ‘Regenerate now’ in the orange banner that appears at the top.
Information on any costs incurred for regeneration can be found in your contract documents.

Will I incur any costs when changing my stored data?
Information on any costs incurred for recreating your data can be found in your contract documents. The amount of any costs incurred will be displayed before the data is recreated.
Can I change my billing information myself?
You can change your billing information under the ‘Settings’ menu item and then under the ‘Billing’ tab.
