Due date for contacts
How do I enter a due date?
- Open the pipeline in BOTTIMMO.
- Click on the calendar icon for the desired contact.
- Select a date. A calendar will open.
ℹ️ Tip: The date can be adjusted at any time in the same way.
⚠️ Please note: The due date can only be viewed on the contact list, but cannot be edited.
Where can I see the due date?
The due date can be viewed on the pipeline and the contact details page as well as in the contact list.
In the list view and in the pipeline, you can hide the due date display via the view settings if required. Please note that although the date is displayed in the contact list, it cannot be edited there.

To further support the efficient processing of your contacts, several reminders of the date are integrated:
- One day before the expiry date, the due date is highlighted in red on the contact card to visually alert you to the upcoming deadline. The following screenshot was taken on 29 January 2025:
- In addition, your assigned colleagues will receive a reminder email or SMS, which you can activate or deactivate individually in the notification settings (emails are enabled by default, SMS are disabled).
- If no one has been assigned to the contact, the emails will be sent to the contract owner's address.
- After the due date has passed, a second reminder message is sent one day later to ensure that no important tasks are overlooked. The date remains coloured red until it is changed or deleted.
This allows you to keep track of your tasks at all times and manage your customer relationships efficiently and on time.
Can I filter by contacts with due dates?
Yes, the filter function has been expanded accordingly in the pipeline and contact list.
This makes it possible, for example, to display only those contacts that need to be processed in the current week:
The filter is available for both the pipeline and the contact list.
Is the due date also transferred to my CRM?
This depends on the CRM you use. Users of Propstack and Flowfact can rejoice. A set date is transferred to these systems:
Propstack
The corresponding field is called ‘Follow-up date’ in Propstack. You can find this field in Propstack on the page of each contact below the master data in the ‘Contact’ section:
Flowfact
In Flowfact, a corresponding task is created during synchronisation and the date is displayed both in the task overview on the dashboard and on the contact itself.
onOffice
❗It is not possible to transfer the date to onOffice because the onOffice interface does NOT currently support this.
Please note: If a date has already been set for a contact in Propstack or Flowfact, it will not be overwritten by the date set in BOTTIMMO.
Delete due date
A due date can also be removed if necessary. To do this, click on the date and select the ‘Delete’ option at the bottom of the date selection. The date will disappear (only on the pipeline and contact detail view).
