Overview of contact actions

You can see at a glance which actions a contact has already performed. This could be a property valuation, for example, or simply a request for a callback. The different colours used for the actions make it easy to keep track of everything:

This list also contains further information, such as the status of the contact or which employee has been assigned to it.

A simple filter function allows you to customise the view and, for example, only display contacts who have made a property valuation.

Customise view

Go to the ‘Contacts’ menu item. You can customise the individual columns of the contact overview by clicking on the ‘More’ button and then on ‘View’. Select the fields you want to display and then click on ‘Save’.

Filter contacts

Next to the search bar, you will find the ‘Filter’ button. Here you can set up a custom filter to display only certain contacts. If you want to deactivate the filter you have set, click on the ‘Reset all filters’ button.

We have various filters that make it easier for you to work with BOTTIMMO contacts:

  1. Editing: Filter by the status of the contact or by the employee responsible
  2. Contact actions: View contacts for a specific bait, e.g. dream home finder
  3. Sending option: View contacts who have requested a guide/checklist by post
  4. Contact type: Here you can filter between ‘all contacts’, ‘generated contacts’ and ‘created/imported contacts’
  5. Acquisition booster status: Filter which contacts have already been approached via the acquisition booster and which have not yet been approached
  6. Contact sources: See at a glance which contacts have entered the BOTTIMMO system via which source (website, Google, Facebook, etc.)
  7. Downloads: Filter your contacts by the topic that was downloaded, e.g. a specific guide

FAQs about the contact list

What information can I find on the contact overview page?

Here you will find all the contacts you have collected. You can also see what interests the contacts have based on their contact actions. You can customise your page view and create your own filters.

Which contact has requested a property valuation or a telephone consultation?

You can see directly on the overview page whether a contact has had a property valuation carried out. This is indicated by a house/apartment building icon next to the respective contact. You can see whether the contact has requested a telephone consultation by the telephone receiver icon displayed next to the contact. You can also filter the contacts according to these criteria.

How can I customise the columns on the overview page?

To do this, click on the ‘More’ button in the top right-hand corner and then on ‘View’. Here you can customise the view of the columns, i.e. add or remove columns that you want to display in the view.

Where can I search for contacts?

Use the search field in the top left-hand corner. Here you can search for contacts by name, address or email address.

How do I delete multiple contacts at once?

In the context menu on the right, you will find the ‘Delete’ button. Clicking this opens the delete function for multiple contacts. This allows you to select the contacts you want to delete.

What filter options are available and how can I set a filter?

The filter options can be found under the ‘Filter’ button. Here you will find all filter options and can set an individual filter.

How can I reset the filter?

To do this, go to the ‘Filter’ button at the top right and click on ‘Reset all filters’.
