Segment existing contacts – target specific audiences instead of casting a wide net

To address contacts effectively, it is helpful to divide them into certain groups – this is called segmentation. Segmentation helps you contact only those people for whom a specific topic is truly relevant.

With the Acquisition Booster, this segmentation happens directly when selecting the target group – simple and without any technical effort.

Possible segments for your outreach

  • Contacts who previously showed interest in a property valuation
  • Seller contacts from a specific town or neighbourhood
  • Contacts from a certain time period (e.g. 6–12 months old)
  • All contacts who have not yet started a valuation

How segmentation works with the Acquisition Booster

When you start the Acquisition Booster, you choose:

  • A topic, e.g. “Property valuation” or “Phone consultation”
  • The target group, e.g. “all contacts who have not yet received an invitation for this topic”

This way, with just a few clicks, you reach only those for whom the topic is new and relevant – without overlaps or contacting people twice.

Optionally, you can also select individual contacts directly from your CRM or from the contact list and contact them individually via the Booster.
