Accessible widgets

We have revised our widgets to ensure that your website can be used by everyone without any problems.

What does this mean for you?

Your forms, appointment scheduling, and other widgets are designed to be easily accessible for all visitors – including people with impairments.

What improvements have been implemented?

Correct labeling of form fields

All input fields are now clearly labeled on the technical side. This means:

Screen readers can reliably read the fields aloud.
Users immediately understand what each field is for.

Accessible selection fields

Selection fields now always have a clear name in the code.
This ensures that these fields are also recognized and properly read by assistive technologies.

Colors with sufficient contrast

Texts, links, and other elements now meet the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1. This ensures that content remains clearly visible even for users with visual impairments.

Keyboard navigation

All widgets can be fully operated using the keyboard:

Tab / Shift+Tab: Move forward and backward between fields
Enter / Spacebar: Activate buttons and links
Arrow keys: Navigate in menus or dropdowns
The currently selected field is always clearly indicated.
