Reactivate existing contacts with the acquisition booster

When a contact has been inactive for a while, a new impulse can be worthwhile. The Acquisition Booster offers a simple way to reach existing contacts automatically and personally.

How to reactivate your contacts

  • Start the Acquisition Booster 
    in the BOTTIMMO app in the Contacts section.
  • Choose a suitable topic
    e.g. “What is your property worth today?” or “Dream Home Finder”.
  • Define the target group 
    e.g. all contacts who have been inactive for six months or who have not yet completed a valuation. 
    ❗Important: Always select as many contacts as possible! The more, the better!
  • Send the invitation with one click. 
    You can send a preview to your own email address beforehand.
  • Observe the reactions. 
    As soon as a contact reacts (e.g. via valuation, guide download, callback request), you will receive a notification.

What happens next

  • You can contact all responding contacts personally.
  • Non-responding contacts can be contacted again later with a different topic.

This way, you stay continuously in touch – without having to segment manually or send individual emails.
