Switch to the intelligent email funnel

Switching to the new funnel system is quick, very easy and offers numerous advantages:

Easy Transition

If you are still using the old email system in the BOTTIMMO app, you will see a large info box at the top of your dashboard titled “Smart Email Funnels.” There you can switch to the new smart email funnel in just a few seconds. Simply follow the instructions in the box – the transition is quick and easy.

Tailored Emails Instead of Rigid Sequences

The new funnel responds dynamically to the actions of your contacts. Instead of fixed sequences, content is sent based on the contact’s status in your pipeline and their interests – for example, from property evaluations or downloaded guides. This ensures that your contacts always receive the right message, significantly increasing relevance and success rate.

More Personalization

You can customize the greeting, closing, and signature according to your preferences. This makes your emails more in line with your personal communication style and branding.

Full Transparency

Once the new funnel is active, you’ll always know which emails a contact has already received. This makes it easier to prepare for conversations and gives you a clear overview of what your contact already knows and in which phase of the buying or selling journey they currently are.

Secure Delivery with DKIM

With the new system, you can enable professional email authentication (DKIM). This greatly improves the delivery rate of your emails and reduces the chance they end up in the spam folder.

Step-by-Step Guide to Switching

Open the BOTTIMMO App
In the left-hand menu, click on “Dashboard”.
Find the Switch Box
If you’re still using the old funnel, you’ll see a switch box at the top of the dashboard. See screenshot above.
Request Confirmation
Click the green button in the box. This will trigger a confirmation email to be sent to the email address shown just below the button.
Check Your Email
Open the inbox of the shown email address and look for a new message.
Confirm the Email
The message will come from the sender “Postmark-Support”.
Open the email and click the button labeled “Confirm Sender Signature”.
Funnel Activated
The new smart funnel is now active. From now on, all your contacts will automatically receive emails via the new system.
