Image and video sources

Here you can find out how to use different image and video sources in Content Creator.

In the top right, there is a drop-down menu. From there, you select from several different media sources:

The image sources are briefly explained below:

BOTTIMMO promotional material

Your BOTTIMMO package already includes extensive image material, as well as a whole range of videos. The Content Creator takes care of finding suitable material for you and automatically assigns matching material to the selected text type. You do not need to do anything else besides selecting the image you want.

AI images

You also have the option to generate new images using our powerful AI models. Choose from the following options:

How many AI images can I generate?
Light customers can generate up to five images per month. For Basic customers, the limit is 20 generated images per month, while Expert customers can generate up to 100 images per month.

Pexels image database*

We have connected the Content Creator to an extensive image database. If you choose this image source, the Content Creator automatically downloads professional image material that matches the topic. If there is no suitable image, you have the option to load more images manually.

How many of these images can I use?

Light customers have access to five images per topic.
Basic customers have access to 20 images per topic.
Access for Expert customers is limited by the images available in the database that match the selected topic and text type, as well as the access restrictions of the database provider and its API.

Adobe image database

(Coming soon for Expert customers)

Shortly, Expert customers will have another image source available: the Adobe image database. This gives you access to an even larger selection of professional images.

Usage works similarly to the Pexels database. The same image limits apply (see above).

⚠️ Important to know:

In the Content Creator, you will see the Adobe images with a watermark.
In published social media posts, the image will appear without a watermark.
Downloading the images to your computer is not permitted for licensing reasons.

Your own images and videos

You also have the option to upload your own image and video material and use it in the Content Creator (Expert package only).

Here is how it works:

Open the Content Creator and select the text type and topic as usual.
In the top right, select “your own images” as the image source.
In the image area (centre), you can upload images via drag and drop and see images you have already uploaded for the selected topic.

⚠️ Important: Only upload images and videos if you have sufficient usage rights.
