Mark AI-generated content

With Content Creator, you can create text and images using artificial intelligence (AI). To ensure transparency and comply with the EU AI Act, you can voluntarily label AI content in your app.

Why labeling is important

The EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) stipulates that, starting in 2026, certain AI-generated content must be identifiable as such. The aim is to clearly show users when content has not been created entirely by humans.

For you as a real estate agent, this applies in particular to:

  • Texts that are generated by AI and have not been significantly altered.
  • Realistic images created by AI (e.g., symbolic images related to real estate topics).

If you significantly edit AI-generated text or images or use obviously stylized images, labeling is not required. With the new feature, you can still activate labeling voluntarily to ensure maximum transparency.

How to activate labeling in the app

Path:
Settings → Features → Label AI content
In the Label AI content section, you will find two switches:

Label AI-generated text

  • Switch: On/Off
  • When activated, a note is automatically added at the end of AI-generated text, unless the text has been edited by you.
  • Note text: Created with AI

Label AI-generated images

  • Switch: On / Off
  • When enabled, a note will be displayed in the image itself.
  • Position: bottom right
  • Font size: smallest available size (legible, with sufficient contrast)
  • Notice text: Image created with AI

Recommendation

Enable labeling by default if you publish AI-generated content without major editing. Clear, transparent handling of AI content ensures authentic communication with your target audience.
