Post directly to your WhatsApp Status
This feature allows you to create content specifically for your WhatsApp Status and share it directly with your contacts. This convenient feature is available exclusively to Expert customers.
Step-by-step guide
- Open the Content Creator via the navigation menu.
- In the Content type field, select the WhatsApp Status post option.
- Then select your desired theme.
- The Destination Link field is set to No Link by default, as WhatsApp Status does not support clickable links. However, you can still add a link if required.
Select or create an image
You are free to choose which image source you wish to use. All existing images and videos can be easily used in your WhatsApp Status.
If you wish to create a new image:
- Select Google Gemini Personalised for the best results.
- Create a new image.
The Content Creator automatically generates the image in the 9:16 format. This format is ideal for WhatsApp Status and ensures a particularly suitable display.
💡 Existing images and videos can also be used. Even if the format does not fit exactly, the display in WhatsApp Status works reliably.
Share WhatsApp Status
- Check your text and the selected image.
- Click on ‘Share via WhatsApp’ at the bottom.
A dialogue box will open showing:
- a QR code (a scannable code for transfer to your smartphone)
- a preview of your status post
- Scan the QR code with your smartphone.
- Then select the WhatsApp Status option from your smartphone’s share menu.
The text and image will be added directly to your WhatsApp Status.
Using on your smartphone
If you use the Content Creator directly on your smartphone, there is no need to scan the QR code.
In this case, the status can be shared directly.
