To provide you with a good overview of the underlying processing procedures, BOTTIMMO also provides you with sample text modules for this purpose. These text modules exclusively represent the processing activities carried out by BOTTIMMO on your behalf in connection with the use of the aforementioned functions. The text modules are also only to be understood as a general template that can be used by you to supplement your data protection notices at an appropriate place and may need to be adjusted by you. The necessary adjustments to your privacy policy should ideally be made in consultation with your data protection officer or a legally qualified lawyer. Only in this way can it be ensured that the relevant processing activities in your privacy policy are actually accurate, sufficiently transparent, and consistent (especially with regard to the other processes of your website described therein). Within the scope of our website, we use functions and content from the third-party provider BOTTIMMO AG, Hauptstrasse 66, 8280 Kreuzlingen, Switzerland (hereinafter “BOTTIMMO”). These functions and contents, as well as the data processing carried out in this context, are described individually below. BOTTIMMO processes your personal data exclusively on our behalf and according to our instructions. For this purpose, we have concluded a data processing agreement with BOTTIMMO in accordance with Art. 28 Para. 3 DSGVO.

Guide/Checklist Download

With the help of the Guide/Checklist Download, you can request comprehensive guides and checklists on various real estate topics as a PDF file for download . For this, it is necessary that you provide us with your email address so that we can send you the desired content. You can also request the respective document in printed form. In this case, we require your first and last name as well as your postal address (street, house number, postal code, city, and country) for postal delivery.

Real Estate Valuation

With the help of the property valuation, you can calculate the value of your properties free of charge and have this valuation sent to you as a PDF document. To do this, as part of the property valuation, you can first provide information about your property (address, characteristics such as type and features). Finally, it is necessary that you provide us with your contact details (first and last name, email address, and phone number) so that we can contact you in case of queries regarding your property details and send you the valuation.

Land Valuation

The land valuation allows you to determine the value of your land free of charge. To do this, you can first provide information about your land (type of land, address, characteristics such as size, development status, building possibilities). Finally, it is necessary that you provide us with your contact details (first and last name, email address, and phone number) so that we can contact you in case of queries regarding your land details and send you the valuation.

Telephone Consultation

If you do not use an AI call agent:

We are happy to advise you by phone on various matters. For this, you can inform us of possible callback times, the reason/topic of the desired consultation, and your contact details (first and last name, email address, phone number) via an online form. We will then contact you accordingly.

We are happy to advise you on various matters by phone. For this, you can inform us of possible callback times, the reason/topic of the desired consultation, and your contact details (first and last name, email address, phone number) via an online form.

Subsequently, you will first be called back by an AI agent to clarify your consultation needs and arrange a telephone consultation appointment with us. In doing so, the personal data you provide will be processed by the AI, among other things, for entering a consultation appointment into our calendar. Your data will not be permanently stored in the AI, nor will the AI be trained or further developed using your data.

At the agreed consultation appointment, we will then call you at the phone number you provided and advise you on the desired topics.

Situation Analysis

Based on the situation analysis, you can arrange a suitable, well-prepared, and free consultation appointment with us. For this, you can provide information about your current situation (e.g., whether you rent or live in your own property) and your plans (e.g., buying or selling a house or an apartment) using predefined selection options. Subsequently, you can arrange a telephone consultation appointment with us by informing us of possible callback times and your contact details (first and last name, email address, phone number). We will then contact you accordingly.

Annuity Check (Property Annuity)

With the annuity check, you can determine whether annuitizing your property represents an interesting and lucrative option for you. To do this, you can first provide information about your property (market price, postal code, characteristics such as type and year of construction) and about yourself (gender, year of birth, living status), as well as your desired payout. We will then send you information about the annuity. Additionally, you have the option to schedule a phone appointment with us. For sending the information and for contacting you, we require possible callback times as well as your contact details (first and last name, email address, phone number).

Dream Home Finder

With the help of the Dream Home Finder, you can quickly and easily find your desired property. To do this, you provide information via an online form about your desired property (e.g., house/apartment/flexible, number of rooms etc., desired postal code and radius etc., costs and financing) and your personal situation (e.g., current living situation, desired time for moving etc.). This information will be stored with us as a search profile. For sending you suggestions for your dream home and for any potential contact, we require your first and last name, your phone number, and your email address. 

Purposes and legal bases of processing in connection with the aforementioned functions and content

The data processing described in connection with the aforementioned functions and content serves the purpose of providing you with the respective requested functions and content. 

The processing of your personal data is carried out on our behalf and on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 Letter b) GDPR, in order to provide you with the functions and content and to be able to carry out the associated contractual relationship with you, as well as on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 Letter f) GDPR. In the latter case, we have a legitimate interest in being able to process requests voluntarily addressed to us for the functions and content as optimally as possible.

Storage Duration

We delete the data you provide as soon as the purpose of collection is completely fulfilled, subject to the fulfillment of existing legal retention obligations.

Contact Management and Mail Funnel

In order for you to use our aforementioned functions and content free of charge, we ask for your consent to future contact and the sending of relevant content and information. If you grant us this, we will include you in our mail funnel and contact management. 

Through the mail funnel, we provide you with content and information that we consider relevant for you. The basis for this is the data you transmit to us in connection with the request and use of the functions and content presented above. 

We manage this data together with the contact data you provide in our contact management. We also store information there about when the last contact with you took place.

The purpose of processing is to provide you with relevant content and to maintain contact with you. This is done on the basis of your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter a) GDPR. 

You can revoke your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link contained in every email, with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing until the time of revocation remains unaffected. 

If you revoke your consent, we will no longer send you information and content via our mail funnel. We will generally delete your data, unless we are legally obliged to store it further or it is necessary to protect our legitimate interests, in particular for the assertion, defense or exercise of legal claims. 

Data transfer to third countries

Insofar as personal data is transferred to  BOTTIMMO outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) to Switzerland within the scope of the aforementioned functions and content, an adequate level of data protection is ensured in accordance with the adequacy decision of the EU Commission for Switzerland.

Cookies

For the provision of the aforementioned functions and content, necessary cookies are used, which are required to save the status of your cookie settings. The use of necessary cookies is based on our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 Letter f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest consists in a functional and legally compliant integration of the mentioned functions and content. 

The storage of information on your device or access to information already stored on your device, which may be associated with the use of necessary cookies, is based on § 25 Paragraph 2 No. 2 TDDDG, as the storage of information on your device or access to information already stored on your device is absolutely necessary for us to provide the telemedia service expressly requested by you.
