Filing a Notice of Claimed Infringement
To be effective, a notification of claimed infringement must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g., a URL).

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your identification of the material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court. We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complaining party.
Repeat Infringers
BOTTIMMO AG will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
